Fixed Flanges, Stub Flanges, Backing Rings, Blind Flanges, Elbows, Tees, Reducers and Saddles for centrifugally cast, continuous and discontinuous filament wound composite Pipe for the water and industrial or municipal effluent markets.
- Flange Nominal diameters from 150 up to 2.400 mm, pressure ratings 3 - 16 bars (1)
- Fitting Nominal diameters from 80 up to 400 mm, pressure ratings 3 - 16 bars(1)
- The composite Fixed Flanges and Stub Flanges are according to DIN Standard and different inner diameters will meet dimensions of thermoset Pipes.
- Type A Flanges have cylindric inner shape, type B Flanges have conical inner shape.
- Manufacturing by RTM (Nom. 150 up to 2.400 mm) The composite Fittings are according to DIN Standard and have calibrated pipe ends to meet outside diameters of centrifugally cast and continuous filament wound composite pipes.
- Manufacturing by Contact Moulding and/or Filament Winding (Nom. 80 up to 400 mm)
